How coffee affects your skin negative

Starbucks cups are a universal view of Madison Avenue, where I my skin clinic . It is not uncommon to see customers roam with a handful of love mocha latte-Cappa. According to the National Coffee Association, 61 percent of Americans drink coffee every day! Here's how coffee affects the skin:

1. Dehydration

Like sodium and alcohol, caffeine dehydrates the body. They do the work of the liver in overtime, so toxic builds up in the body. When our bodies toxic overload, the presence of small toxins make their way to keep your skin in order to disrupt the functioning of healthy skin. While we sing the praises of coffee as a laxative, it is a diuretic, which means that the moisture lost, causing a direct effect on the skin. Dehydrated skin causes inflammation (redness) and premature aging (collagen loss). Moreover, without enough water to your body this can wash toxic deposits in the skin and cause acne.

2. Creamer, disability

If you are prone to acne, check the amount of dairy products you consume. If you consume caffeine in the form of light or fresh coffee, the risk of consuming additional reinforcements of acne is big! So, always clean the skin!

3. destructive sweeteners: glycation

In addition to dehydration and the creation of acne,  sugar glycation can also be created,  and as a result it can lead to inflammation and premature aging.

Tanin 4. ORGANIZATIONAL

The tannins are present in coffee and black tea. A close friend who loves it, joking that his grandparents English / Irish lived well into their 90s, they drank a lot of tea, which has retained its internal organs and their skin was soft leather. While there is absolutely no science behind this anecdote suggests that tannins - that are present in coffee and black tea - are used for tanning animal hides into leather. And where does all that tannin finish? It is processed by the liver, which filters debris from the body. Unfortunately, your liver also a good amount of these toxins over time, which can contribute to liver spots on the skin.

Solution? All things in moderation

As a rule, excessive consumption of coffee, and whole milk and sugar that it may be that age faster than failure. So what do you do? My motto: Less is more. To wean slowly, but try. Strain. Drink plenty of water to remove toxins and to fight dehydration. Consume less caffeine, or switch to decaffeinated green tea or. Not easy, but worth it.
It's about balance and moderation. Reduce some of the habits that are harmful to your skin and your answer for at least two weeks. Listen to your body! Read your skin. For example, a cup of black coffee (fair and / or biological trade) in the morning and not after 11 hours. You can also add a non-dairy milk such as almond or coconut to change for coffee.
